We Walk Barefoot always want our customers to be happy, and we want to give you BIG LOVE and huge thanks for supporting us.
Whilst we endeavour to do our best, please remember we are a small business and sometimes there are issues that are out of our hands, such as postage strikes and delays (boo!), or high order volumes (yay!). We ask for your patience and understanding during these times.
Here are the terms and conditions of our delivery, cancellation, returns and refund policies.
Delivery
Please note that order processing times and planned delivery times are calculated separately.
Orders will be processed within 7 working days.
Please allow a further 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
We charge a small fee of only £4.99 for delivery for orders up to £50 throughout the United Kingdom.
We do ship overseas. Please contact us at orders@wewalkbarefoot.com with your order request for a quote.
We will notify you when your order has been dispatched. If, after two attempts to deliver the goods have failed, the driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number for you to call to arrange a new delivery date.
If the order is returned to us a redelivery charge will be made to rearrange dispatch of your order a second time.
Cancellations
If an order is cancelled once placed, We Walk Barefoot reserves the right to charge for restocking costs, delivery fees and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery only if an item is faulty.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@wewalkbarefoot.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
